Hi, I’m Kit (they/them)

I’m the host of Sketchbook Fight Club, and here’s the honest truth: I can’t draw for shit. Seriously—despite taking so many art classes and nearly minoring in art in college, I have zero natural talent for drawing. But here’s the thing: that doesn’t matter.

Sketchbook Fight Club isn’t about being "good" at art. It’s about showing up, having fun, and making space for creativity in our lives. Whether your lines are flawless or look like they came straight out of a toddler’s sketchbook (relatable!), this group is for you. I started Sketchbook Fight Club because I wanted a judgment-free zone where anyone—yes, anyone—could practice, experiment, and enjoy the process of creating. It’s a space for accountability, camaraderie, and embracing the messiness of learning something new.

So, if you’ve ever told yourself you’re “not an artist” but secretly wished you could be, join us. We’ll laugh, scribble, and get better (or not—it’s fine either way) together.
